Full Job Description

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the Marine Corps Warfighting Lab/Futures of MARINE CORPS COMBAT DEVELOPMENT CMD.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector leading and coordinating staff operations by advising leadership, developing polices and plans, overseeing programs and resources, and resolving organizational issues to support mission objectives.

  • You will review matters of command-wide significance to ensure that procedures are in accordance with the policies and plans of the Commanding General.
  • You will evaluate policies and directives.
  • You will Identify and monitor actual or potential problem areas that require command decision and recommends a specific course of action that resolves the problem or correct deficient performance.
  • You will continuously monitor and evaluate programs and operations to assure that plans are followed to meet objectives, goals, and strategic direction.
  • You will assist in developing the long-range objectives for the command in terms of assigned and projected missions pertaining to facilities, systems, controls, and management requirements of an unusual nature.
