Job SummaryPosition is responsible for the data analysis, quality control, and general data administration within DPW Operations’ asset and workflow management solutions.
At the direction of the Program Manager: Data & Tech, the position collaborates with Garage Superintendents and Union Management, assists with weather events, and participates in special projects.

High School diploma and/or GED, and at least one (1) year experience in a general office environment. Experience with Microsoft Outlook.
Effective communication skills and the ability to interact tactfully with a variety of individuals. Effective record keeping, time management and project management skills.
Position requires the knowledge of established policies and procedures, which controls most of the incumbent(s) actions. Independent judgment is utilized on a case-by-case basis when analyzing data.
Errors in judgment may cause inconsistencies and inconveniences within DPW data, as well as potential regulatory reporting and budgetary problems.
