Base salary range: $147,649 - $221,900

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).

Show your strong systems expertise with forward-thinking problem solving. This role offers an opportunity to shape how HR data supports the agency’s work now and moving into the future.
As the HR Data Team Supervisor, you will provide team leadership for HR data integrity, and processes within the state’s Human Resource Management System (HRMS).
While partnering closely with IT, Payroll, and Workday stakeholders, you will represent HR’s perspective ensuring data practices and decisions align with HR policy, workforce needs, and operational requirements.
This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable operating between strategy and day-to-day operations, leading a team, improving systems, and bringing a forward-looking lens to HR data without being the final decision-maker.

Schedule:
This position is full-time, working 40 hours per week. The standard work schedule includes the potential for occasional evening or weekend work as needed.
Travel Requirements:
Some travel may be required throughout the State to attend training, meetings, and conferences.
Customer Interactions:
Frequent interaction with WDFW staff and supervisors from all programs and providing excellent customer service to WDFW’s many programs as an integral part of leading the Human Resources division to success.
