Candidates must demonstrate an extensive background in beverage service, table service, and managing events. 3. Candidates are to have a strong background in leadership and be results orientated. 4.

The ability to be resourceful, make sound judgments and good decisions is desired. Excellent communication, organizational, office automation skills are required.

  • Assists in managing a larger, diverse full service banquet department and schedules work to accomplish planned banquet events.
  • Trains, monitors, and leads staff, adjusts operations and staffing as necessary to ensure high quality service.
  • Responsible for internal controls and compliance with banqueting standard operating procedures.
  • Answers and resolves guest inquiries, complaints and challenges in a professional manner.
  • Assists in other operational duties assigned by the Business Manager.
