Base salary range: $51,332 - $66,732

You will serve as a Technical Information Specialist in the Technical Data Unique Fleet Support Team of FLEET READINESS CENTER SOUTHWEST.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following: 1) Possessing an in-depth knowledge of a wide range of techniques, methods, and sources for handling technical information; 2) Demonstrating experience in assigning indexing terms to information, with the ability to modify standard practices; 3) Maintaining proficiency in Automatic Data Processing (ADP) to manage information within computer databases; 4) Exhibits a mastery of complex research and analysis strategies, coupled with strong oral and written communication skills; 5) Understanding a wide range of procurement rules, regulations, and acquisition policies; 6) Holds comprehensive, in-depth knowledge of the methods, techniques, and principles for locating information from diverse sources; 7) Demonstrating a comprehensive knowledge of cataloging and classification principles for specialized and complex materials.
