Full Job Description

This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Golf Course JBSA Fort Sam Houston located in San Antonio, TX. This is a Flexible category position with guaranteed 00 per week.

Employees appointed to a Flexible category position are not eligible for benefits. Who May Apply: Open to everyone.

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social).

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.

Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.

Qualifying Experience: Previous decision making experience in retail or customer service environment. Knowledge of golf course operations and the game of golf are desirable.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA's):Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas: 1.

Knowledge of Golf Course Operations is desirable.

Employee is responsible for daily accountability, security and timely deposits of all funds generated by the snack bar and pro shop.

Provides general guidance to other employees such as driving range personnel, car barn employees, snack bar attendants and pro shop recreation aides.

Assists golfers and pro shop customers in selection of merchandise adn maintains an orderly flow of golfers on the course. Secures the facility at completion of the days activities.
