Summary

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience leading large teams on complex programs; experience developing and overseeing contracts; communication and negotiation skills to ensure work is being performed in accordance with the contracted requirements; or familiarity with the budget process/cycle as well as developing independent government estimates.

  • You will be responsible for all aspects of the Maritime Industrial Base (MIB) acquisition, program management, public affairs, and stakeholder management.
  • You will be managing teams and monitoring performance.
  • You will prepare and coordinate the timely submission of data calls, coordinating program requirements with internal and external stakeholders as well as performers.
  • You will prepare senior level briefs, responses to Congressional items of interest, general Requests for Information (RFI)s, public affairs queries, and providing input to financial requirements.
  • You will coordinate with internal and external contacts of varying degrees of authority, ensuring that all responses are submitted accurately and in a timely manner while providing a consistent program message.
  • You will liaison with stakeholders on all acquisition/programmatic issues and responsible for executing and updating acquisition and program documentation to support required functions in support of MIB uplift efforts.
  • You will prepare and disseminate program office metrics for use by senior decision makers.
