Base salary range: $88,520 - $115,079

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves overseeing major programs in the naval shipbuilding industry, including managing teams, handling contracts and budgets, and coordinating with government officials and stakeholders to ensure projects run smoothly.

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 (GS-13 equivalency) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience leading large teams on complex programs; experience developing and overseeing contracts; communication and negotiation skills to ensure work is being performed in accordance with the contracted requirements; or familiarity with the budget process/cycle as well as developing independent government estimates.
