Base salary range: $62,107 - $80,737
Typical requirements: 1 year specialized experience at GS-10. Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or 3 years graduate study.
Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves advising on and managing training programs for the Navy, especially in submarine and nuclear surface environments, while handling acquisition projects to ensure they meet goals on time and within budget.
You'll analyze program effectiveness, coordinate with teams and stakeholders, and brief leaders on findings.

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-02 pay band (GS-11 equivalent) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: planning, analyzing, and evaluating the effectiveness of line and operating training programs, complemented by expertise in Navy Acquisition program management, a strong foundation in program management principles, and hands-on experience as an instructor and staff member for the Submarine force or in a surface nuclear environment at a learning site or learning center.
