You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST (REQUIREMENT OFFICER) in the REQUIREMENT DEPARTMENT (N8) of COMNAVSPECWARGRUFOUR.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience in requirements identification and definition, strategic planning, resourcing, capabilities development, research, development, test, and evaluation of equipment, tactics, techniques and procedures.
Ability to perform a wide-range of supervisory functions. Expert knowledge in providing guidance direction, and oversight for modernization of the force.
Responsible for developing affordable, cohesive and executable strategies for modernizing the force.
