Base salary range: $51,332 - $66,732
Typical requirements: 1 year specialized experience at GS-8. Master's degree or 2 years graduate study.
Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves helping plan and manage training programs for the Navy's expeditionary combat units, including budgeting, coordinating with other commands, and supporting training initiatives for active and reserve forces.
A good fit would be someone with experience in Navy operations, especially in training and financial planning, who enjoys working on team projects and attending meetings to represent the organization.
You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the NAVY EXPEDITIONARY COMBAT COMMAND (NECC) of CDR NAVY EXPEDITIONARY COMBAT COMMAND.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience serving within the Navy Expeditionary Combat Command (NECC) community. Experience may be at the TYCOM, Group, or Command level.
Experience developing or reviewing Navy Training System Plans (NTSP). Experience and must possess basic knowledge of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process.
