Your resume must demonstrate at least three years of general experience that includes one year of experience equivalent to the next lower pay band, NH-01 (GS-4 Equivalent), in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector assisting in the analysis of program data or activities to support the planning, development or execution of program efficiency.

• You will conduct studies, surveys and review projects to evaluate program requirements, accomplishments, effectiveness, and/or compliance with meeting specific goals, objectives, rules, and regulations.
• You will develop guidance, manuals, and procedures for organizational and program improvement as related to cost, schedule and performance measures.
• You will develop and recommend methodologies and approaches to take corrective action on effectiveness and efficiency of organizational operations.
• You will establish and maintain working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate projects.
• You will prepare coordinated reports, presentations and briefings in support of program actions.
• You will brief supervisor and makes recommendations based on findings.
