Base salary range: $74,441 - $96,770

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves leading a team to plan, schedule, and oversee repairs and upgrades on nuclear-powered naval ships at a base in Guam.
It requires supervising workers, ensuring projects meet strict standards, and coordinating resources like materials and staff.
A good fit would be someone with experience managing ship maintenance projects and leading teams in a technical, high-stakes environment like the military or shipyards.
You will serve as a PRODUCTION RESOURCES NUCLEAR DIRECTOR in the Detachment Guam, Nuclear Production Department, Nuclear Regional Maintenance Department of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Planning, scheduling and execution of nuclear production work in the overhaul, repair, modification and conversion of naval nuclear ships.
Supervising and managing production workers and project management teams. Applying technical specifications and work practices associated with the overhaul, repair, modification of Naval Nuclear Ships.
