Base salary range: $88,520 - $115,079

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves analyzing and improving submarine tactical systems like fire-control and sonar to boost the U.S. Navy's submarine fleet readiness in the Pacific.
You'll lead studies, advise leaders on new technologies, and ensure systems work effectively through testing and coordination.

You will serve as an Operations Research Analyst in the Tactical Readiness and Training Division (N7) of PAC FLEET SUB FORCE OPS COMPONENT.
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector as a professional Operations Research Analyst leading analysis and engineering studies related to ships' tactical systems, developing capability documents (e.g., POM inputs and TYCOM Integrated Priority List), and advising leadership on the implementation of new concepts and proposed capabilities to create efficiencies in operational processes.
