Qualifying experience would be demonstrated by: -Experience participating in and supporting the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) and Program Objective Memorandum (POM) cycles.

-Experience identifying Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) requirements and acquisition processes.

-Experience analyzing, evaluating, and utilizing key information and operational requirements for Navy/Fleet, cyberspace, and space capabilities.

-Experience consolidating, coordinating, and prioritizing the requirements for Cyber, Cryptology/Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Information Operations (IO), Electronic Warfare (EW) and Space programs.

Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. Major Duties:

  • You will serve as a Management and Program Analyst (Requirements and Assessment Analyst) in the Cyber, Space, and Service Cryptologic Warfare Division, Warfare Requirements Directorate at U.S. Fleet Cyber Command (FLTCYBERCOM).
  • You will plan and conduct capability reviews and gap analysis to evaluate current and future Navy shore and afloat networks, cyberspace, space, and cryptologic system capabilities.
  • You will support and contribute to development of the annual Fleet Information Warfare Integrated Prioritized Capabilities List (IW IPCL) to inform the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) process per published timeline.
  • You will consult with fleet customers to refine functional requirements.
  • You will advise leadership as to the best approach for implementation of requirements within the technical and resource environment.
  • You will monitor the Navy's Program/Budget System (IRAPS/PBIS) databases to ensure the command meets all budget cycle requirement deadlines.
  • You will identify execution year shortfalls and unfunded priorities affecting Navy programs.
  • You will advise the Division Lead and/or the N8 Director on resource and operational matters that aid in prioritizing programs and making recommendations on appropriate budget recommendations.
  • You will maintain an understanding of DoD requirement and acquisition processes to provide for informed decisions regarding planning, resourcing, and operations leading to development of robust capabilities achieved within economic limitations.
