As a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst, you will implement strategic supervision and oversight to regional teams responsible for identity resolution and biometric collection.

The qualifications for this position must be met by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on 03/18/2026.

Current Federal employees must have served 52 weeks at the lower grade or equivalent grade band in the Federal service.

  • Organizational Location: This position is located in the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, within Immigration Records and Identity Services and are assigned based on the need of the agency.
  • Provides strategic supervision and oversight to four regional sections of identity resolution and biometric collection program specialists, ensuring effective delivery of immigration information management services nationwide.
  • Oversees enterprise-wide implementation of, training, reporting and resolution of system capability issues, and business process initiatives directly impacting Application Support Centers and the agency’s strategic goals.
  • The position leads operational initiatives, supports and facilitates communication across multiple levels of immigration records and provides oversight and management of the USCIS contractor-run Application Support Centers.
  • Implements new efforts on biometric collection on over four million biometric collections at Application Support Centers, homebound visits, and mobile services to ensure unity of collection and integrity of the information collected.
  • Supervises ASC-IO handling and sharing of immigration information management practices and system interfaces, within enterprise identity and immigration information technology systems to support of information resolution and fraud referrals.
