This job involves managing food service programs for the Navy, including overseeing automation tools, setting policies for galley operations on ships and bases, and ensuring efficient inventory and financial management worldwide.

You will serve as a Program Manager of Food Service in the Supply Management, Policy, and Performance, Fleet Division of CNSSC OPERATIONAL SUPPORT FIELD.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized Management and Program Analyst experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or equivalent pay band in the Federal service ordering and receipting of subsistence, financial reporting requirements, and general good order of naval afloat and ashore galleys worldwide.
Specific work experience may include the following duties: 1) Demonstrate knowledge of DOW/DOD Food Service operations, procedures, equipment and specifics including inventory management, records keeping, galley financial records and receipting.
2) Provide knowledge of Food Service automation including Food Service Management application (FSM) and/or other Information Technology used by DoD food service organizations.
3) Showcase knowledge of the SHIPMAIN, Information Technology Infrastructure, Software Architecture, and the Information Assurance Process to include the writing of Request for Proposals, Requirements Statements, Statements of Work, Business Change Analysis, Configuration Change Management, Design Plans, Contingency Plans, and/or Ship Change Documents; and 4) Utilize advanced analytical and evaluative techniques sufficient to advise policy managers of possible policy changes required to support goals and objectives related to the naval Food Service program.
