Job Description

Summary

This job involves advising on staffing needs, developing workforce plans, and analyzing data to improve hiring, training, and logistics processes in the U.S. Marine Corps.

It focuses on coordinating personnel actions and providing recommendations to leadership for better operational effectiveness.

Full Job Description

You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST at MARCORSYSCOM.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or NH-02 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Supporting workforce planning, integrating new employees, coordinating personnel actions, analyzing data, and improves logistics processes to enhance talent acquisition, development, AND/OR operational effectiveness.
