Base salary range: $62,107 - $80,737

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves managing financial systems and budgets for a Navy training command, including troubleshooting software issues, creating reports to track money trends, and ensuring funds are used correctly and securely.
A good fit would be someone with experience in financial software like ERP systems, strong analytical skills for handling data and budgets, and the ability to work with teams to improve processes in a government or military setting.
You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the RESOUCES AND PROGRAMS DEPARTMENT of CDR STRIKE FORCE TRNG ATLANTIC.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience serving as a technical expert for the Navy ERP system, ensuring data integrity, troubleshooting complex issues, and maintaining system security to support DOD audit readiness.
Experience developing financial dashboards and performance reports within the ERP system, analyzing complex data sets to identify trends and validate records against DOD Financial Management Regulations.
Experience leading ERP implementation and enhancement projects as a subject matter expert, coordinating user testing and collaborating with stakeholders to integrate systems.
Experience overseeing the full lifecycle of budget formulation and execution, including monitoring obligations, preparing funding documents, and ensuring the full and proper utilization of command funds.
