Base salary range: $62,107 - $80,737
Typical requirements: 1 year specialized experience at GS-10. Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or 3 years graduate study.
Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This role involves working as a management analyst for the Navy's aviation systems command, focusing on improving financial tools and processes within their enterprise resource planning system.
You'll collaborate with teams to gather feedback, analyze financial data, and ensure the system supports efficient budgeting and accounting.

You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the COMMAND OPERATIONS GROUP of NAVAL AIR SYSTEMS COMMAND.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-2 (GS-11 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Comprehensive knowledge of the functional capabilities of Navy ERP financial modules and the business processes enabled by the solution; 2) Master concepts, principles, practices, laws, and regulations of budget, accounting, and finance and their relation to systemic solutions, business execution, and audit outcomes; 3) Master analyzing, reviewing, and interpreting financial execution data and resolving variances; 4) Communicate clearly both orally and in writing for the purpose of providing information and guidance to management or customers at all levels.
