Base salary range: $147,649 - $221,900

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves improving how the Navy maintains and supports its aircraft systems over their full lifespan, focusing on making logistics more efficient and cost-effective.
You'll plan strategies, analyze tools, and work with teams to solve sustainment challenges.
It's a good fit for someone with experience in logistics or supply chain management who enjoys using technology to streamline processes and has a background in government or defense projects.
You will serve as a LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the Product Support / Sustainment PSMI Optimization Division of NAVAL AIR SYSTEMS COMMAND.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Experience supporting sustainment or product support and knowledge of systemic sustainment issues; 2) Experience with designing innovative solutions that improve logistics processes; 3) Experience with computer technology including Microsoft 365 and the ability to learn the low-code/no-code platform to automate processes and integrate data and enhance productivity.
