This LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST position, is located in the S-4 section of Brigade/Group/Troop Command and is part of the CA 1106 TASMG.
General Experience: Possess experience, education or training involving judgment and/or analytical ability in the logistics field; experience using computer and automation systems LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST, GS-0346-9: Must have at least one year of specialized experience, equivalent to at least the GS-07 level, in: detailed knowledge of organizations and their functions in logistical support (i.e., supply, maintenance, quality assurance, facilities); Experience planning and organizing work assignments.

THIS IS A T32 EXCEPTED SERVICE, INDEFINITE POSITION. Indefinite appointment cannot exceed 5 years.
Selectee may be non-competitively converted to permanent status if/when funding becomes available or position becomes unencumbered.
The primary purpose of the LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST, GS-0346-9, is to function as the Senior Logistics NCO of the organization responsible for oversight and execution of logistics plans, activities, and actions.
