This exciting role includes training and development program design, development, and management, which include the following:
The incumbent will develop program curricula plans based on the specific goals of the training and development program.
This position will also supervise participants in the Management Trainee program during the training year.
This includes but is not limited to approving leave requests, collaborating with rotational managers to complete performance reviews at the conclusion of each training rotation, and finalizing interim and probationary performance reviews.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to 3 days per week. You will be required to report to the Northwest Office Building in Harrisburg 2 days per week.
In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.
If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.

You must pass a background investigation.
