The Pennsylvania Game Commission (PGC) is looking for an HR Analyst 2 to work with the Employee Relations Coordinator in our Harrisburg Office.
In this role, you will develop and utilize your expertise in the particulars of employment related law, regulations, management directives, policies, work rules, and agreements to effectively provide consultation, facilitate grievance processing, investigate disciplinary actions, conduct Labor Management meetings, and provide training.

In this HR Analyst 2 position, you will provide guidance to the Employee Relations Coordinator and serve as a point of contact for the PGC Employee Relations program to guide and support employees, supervisors, managers, and senior staff regarding labor relations issues.
This includes providing consultation and advice on written employment related directives, disciplinary matters, and resolving a variety of employment related allegations, concerns, and processes.
Work also involves conducting investigations and Labor Management meetings, participating in negotiations and grievance processing, and providing training.
Our team will rely on you to represent the agency and advocate on our behalf at various meetings, negotiations, and decision-making panels, as well as effectively convey complex employee relations situations and information when speaking to individuals and groups at presentations, briefings, and trainings.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time.
Telework is not permitted during the initial six-month probationary period; eligibility may be granted upon its successful completion.
In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.
If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.
