Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Leading or developing the financial management analysis of acquisition programs (e.g.

fiscal plans, budget planning, procurement, financial reports, etc.,) to recommend improvements to production and programmatic deficiencies within an organization.

  • You will serve as management advisor using a high-level of discernment and judgment to address a wide variety of interrelated subject matter, that can include financial, contractual, programmatic, or other program office focus areas.
  • You will attend high level meetings as a senior authoritative representative of acquisition programs.
  • You will provide a wide range of substantive oral and written presentations and reports to internal and external stakeholders.
  • You will develop, consolidate, execute, and track program requirements.
  • You will analyze and evaluate effectiveness of program requirements throughout the life-cycle.
  • You will make determinations on resources to accomplish program objectives and applies technical expertise to various levels of operations.
  • You will advise on distribution of work and priorities of efforts.
  • You will develop and implement improvement and efficiency strategies for programming, budgeting and procurement based on findings from key program specialists and analyst, and lead efforts for these studies and analysis.
  • You will direct and evaluate complex studies and develop procedures to measure program results, benchmarks, and effectiveness.
  • You will recommend course of action to senior stakeholders.
  • You will perform program reviews and recommend improvements to production and programmatic deficiencies.
  • You will review and prepare program documentation to determine appropriate changes or corrective actions.
  • You will coordinate group efforts and consolidate findings into a proposed product.
  • -You will develop and deliver briefings to senior stakeholders as necessary.
  • You will perform research, analyses interpretation, and develop fiscal plans and guidance involving multi-year appropriations.
  • You will review and/or respond to data calls from higher authority (e.g., NAVSEA Comptroller, OPNAV, FMB, FMC, DASN, etc.)
