Base salary range: $62,107 - $80,737
Typical requirements: 1 year specialized experience at GS-10. Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or 3 years graduate study.
Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).

You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Comptroller Department ofCOMMANDER NAVY REGION EUROPE .
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying Department of Defense and/or Department of the Navy financial management regulations to act as the liaison for budget, accounting, or financial management policy and procedures within the organization.
2) Performing continuing program execution review, analysis and appraisal of the major operating and support programs within the organization.
3) Providing interpretive and analytical advice on financial transactions and program execution to coordinate the development and reporting of cost/performance information in support of mission tasks for the organization 4) Preparing/reviewing responses to reviews or audits; (e.g., which involve financial management policy and procedure) to evaluate issues of financial consequence and recommend alternatives for corrective action.
