Base salary range: $88,520 - $115,079

This job involves leading a team that handles financial oversight, ensures accurate reporting, and prepares for government audits in the Navy's supply systems.
You'll guide efforts to fix financial issues, analyze data for problems, and advise leaders on risks to keep everything compliant and efficient.

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-13) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Leading and overseeing financial management teams responsible for audit readiness, internal controls, and financial reporting; 2) Experience includes directing Financial Improvement and Audit Remediation (FIAR) activities; developing, implementing, and monitoring corrective action plans; and establishing or approving operating procedures to ensure compliance with DoW and federal financial management requirements; 3) Experience also includes analyzing complex financial and inventory data to resolve systemic discrepancies, advising senior leaders on financial risk, and delivering data-driven recommendations that improve financial accuracy, strengthen internal controls, and sustain audit readiness across multiple organizations or mission areas.
