Full Job Description

Serves as the Data Analyst, responsible for managing workflow processes and delivering daily project status reports to the Director of Talent Acquisitions, Area Director, and Project Manager for assigned readySC projects.

Supports readySC initiatives statewide by collecting, organizing, and analyzing data, as well as compiling and uploading necessary information to a variety of electronic systems for multiple projects.

Works collaboratively with team members to ensure prompt updates and precise data reporting for essential project milestones.

Evaluates data trends across several complex projects within the Division of Economic Development, developing dashboards and business intelligence reports with actionable insights and compelling visualizations tailored to manufacturing and energy-sector stakeholders.

Prepares datasets for analysis by identifying discrepancies, standardizing data formats, and ensuring reliability for Division of Economic Development projects.

Sources data from both internal and external channels to inform project analysis, manages candidate workflow, addresses inquiries, and populates requisition fields to support recruitment and workforce tracking for high-demand industry projects.

Monitors training totals and key performance indicators (KPIs) across multiple projects, providing detailed monthly, yearly, and cumulative reports at both the individual project and cross-project levels.

Requirements

Experience with Microsoft PowerBI preferred. A solid understanding of the principles, techniques, and processes involved in creating, developing, and implementing reports is essential.

Strong skills in communication and presentation, along with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio), are required.

Candidates should demonstrate the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and responsibilities, solve problems, and collaborate with others.

Flexibility and a willingness to adapt to dynamic project environments and evolving needs are also necessary.
