Entry salary: $88,520 | Full performance (GS-14): up to $135,987
Career ladder: Start at GS-13 and advance to GS-14 with experience.

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves managing budgets, analyzing finances, and providing expert advice on money matters for a naval research division focused on electromagnetic systems.
You'll handle funding documents, track costs, create reports, and improve financial processes in a government setting.

You will serve as an Administrative/Technical Specialist in the Electromagnetic Effects Division; Electromagnetic & Sensor Systems Department of NAVSURFWARCENDLD.
This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. NT-05 is equivalent to GS-13/14. This position is salary capped at GS-13 Step 10 (currently $158,322).

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector conducting financial management activities (e.g., financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, process improvement, or reporting) in a Working Capital Fund environment.
