This job involves providing front-desk and administrative support at a military veterinary clinic, including greeting clients, scheduling pet appointments, handling payments, maintaining cleanliness, and managing inventory and reports.
It's a good fit for someone with customer service experience in a medical or clinic setting who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with basic office tasks and animal care environments.
No advanced degrees are needed, but reliability and basic computer skills are essential.
This position is located at the Fort Leavenworth Veterinary Treatment Facility. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid. Resumes must be two pages (or less).

A qualified candidate must possess the following: Progressive work experience which demonstrates the knowledge and skills required to perform the duties of the position.
Basic computer skills to include proficiency in Microsoft Suite or equivalent. Experience in using a point of sales software.
Basic arithmetic expertise to balance cash draw, accept payments and provide change accurately. Typing proficiency - 40WPM.
In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": Clerical experience in a Veterinary Clinic or equivalent or working in an outpatient medical facility/operations as clerical-administrative support.
