You will serve as a ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT ASSISTANT in the DEFENSE RESOURCE MANAGEMENT INSTITUTE (DRMI) of NAVAL POSTGRADUATE SCHOOL.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizing knowledge of word processing, database, spreadsheet, financial and procurement software; 2) Demonstrating ability to use interpersonal skills and negotiation techniques, in addition to communicating effectively in writing and verbally; 3) Automating work processes to support functions and program operations; and 4) Utilizing automated software to prepare a wide variety of administrative documents.
