Full Job Description

This position is located at Fort Campbell Texas Roadhouse. This position is a FLEX position. FLEX positions can be worked anywhere between 0 - 40 hours per week.

Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid. Resumes must be two pages (or less).

Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position. A qualified candidate must possess the following: 1.

Where duties involve selling alcoholic beverages applicant must meet state/local age requirements for the serving of alcoholic beverage at the time of appointment. 2.

Possess basic math skills necessary to compute patron bills and make change. 3. Be able to communicate effectively in English. 4. Have work experience performing the duties identified.

The above minimum qualifications must be described within the duties of previous work experience listed on the applicant's resume and/or supporting documents.

A copy of all documents must be submitted at the time of application. Major Duties:

  • Sets tables, arranges place settings and table decorations according to Texas Roadhouse standards.
  • Receives guests, makes suggestions and answers questions about food, wines and other items available. Takes and places orders. Receives food and beverages from kitchen and bar when required.
  • Maintains sales record. Collects cash or payment by credit card. Responsible for cash receipts and complying with accountability procedures.
  • Clears and cleans tables and other customer service areas.
  • May provide work direction to other dining room staff as necessary.
