About the Position: This position is in the Naval Medical Center Office of Resource Management, San Diego, California.

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social).

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.

Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.

  • Develop, implement, train, evaluate, and measure improvements for the Uniform Business Office operations.
  • Manage the Medical Services Account program which includes authority for control, accounting, reporting, and processing of actions relative to hospital services.
  • Ensure bills are properly prepared for presentation to insurance companies and attorneys at law.
  • Interface with Staff Judge Advocate to assist with inquiry claims.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and charts on automated equipment in final form for daily office operations.
