FOR NT-03: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower band, NT-02 (GS-05 through GS-08 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: applying technical engineering procedures by reading, interpreting, or applying technical drawings, diagrams, or specifications in support of technical engineering work (e.g., manufacturing energetic materials) in alignment with organizational requirements.
FOR NT-02: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower band, NT-01 (GS-01 through GS-04 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: reading and interpreting technical drawings, diagrams, or specifications to assist technical engineering work (e.g., design; quality; or adaptation of production systems and equipment) for an organization.
