Base salary range: $62,107 - $80,737

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves leading a team as a human resources specialist focused on military personnel matters, such as handling retirements, transfers, separations, and reenlistments for Navy personnel.
You'll act as the main advisor on these programs, audit reserve support for joint operations, and solve issues to make operations smoother.
It's a good fit for someone with strong experience in military HR who enjoys problem-solving and providing expert guidance in a fast-paced naval command environment.
You will serve as a Supervisory Human Resources Specialist (Military) in the Personnel Division (N12) of COMNAVSPECWARDEVGRU.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: developing and applying complex fact-finding, analytical, and problem-solving methods and techniques to personnel retirements, transfers to fleet reserve, PCS transfers, port calls, various special program screening requirements, separation and reenlistment procedures and policies, and Common Access Card requirements; and technical authority on numerous military personnel and pay functions and the Personnel Administrative Support System.
