Summary

This job involves leading a team to oversee ship maintenance, repair, and upgrade projects for the U.S.

Navy in Washington state, ensuring everything stays on time, within budget, and meets quality standards.

Full Job Description

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER in the Northwest Regional Maintenance Center, (NWRMC), Code 101, of PSNS and IMF.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: leading a program office or team of project managers in the execution of ship maintenance, repair, and/or modernization.

This experience may include evaluating the performance of multi-disciplinary teams; resolving escalated technical or contractual conflicts; standardizing project management processes; and/or managing the distribution of resources (budget, manpower, or facilities) to ensure projects meet cost, schedule, and quality requirements.
