Full Job Description

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST in the PROGRAM & ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT DIVISION, COMMAND COMMUNICATIONS DEPARTMENT of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-09 through GS-12) grade level or (NM-03) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Leading a team or project, or overseeing administrative or technical functions; 2) Assigning work and monitoring progress to meet specified deadlines; and 3) Communicating with customers or stakeholders to gather requirements and provide status updates.

  • You will lead and supervise multiple teams, roles, and functions within Corporate Customer Support Department (CCSD) and the Communication and Organizational Support Division.
  • You will ensure products and services are timely, reliable, high-quality, and technically thorough to the division's partners.
  • You will establish and monitor project budgets and schedules, generate reports, and manage project labor timekeeping and materials billing as appropriate.
  • You will meet with customers, collect requirements, develop cost estimates, assign work to team members, and monitor project progress.
  • You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing resources (budget, facilities, equipment, and personnel).
  • You will assist the technical communication workforce with delivering high-quality technical and administrative products including technical publications and reports, papers, awards, news articles, instructional materials, or other deliverables.
