Base salary range: $104,604 - $135,987

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).

You will serve as a Supervisory Program Analyst in the Africa Regional Group Directorate of COMUSNAVEUR.
The Secretary of Defense has ordered a department-wide hiring freeze subject to certain limited exceptions. This position is subject to the DoD hiring freeze.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing and synthesizing diverse information, developing long-range plans, and providing senior-level guidance on broad policy and operational matters, AND Evaluating intricate issues, developing innovative solutions, managing resources, overseeing administrative/programmatic functions, and communicating complex concepts clearly to senior leaders, AND Coordinating with high-level stakeholders across organizational boundaries, shaping strategic initiatives, and representing leadership in engagements, AND Managing competing priorities, operating effectively in dynamic environments, and exercise sound judgment in situations with limited precedent or guidance.
