Base salary range: $74,441 - $96,770

You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Financial Management Leadership Program Management Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Formulating budgets for Civil Works projects.
AND (2) Executing Civil Works projects including cost share maintenance, monitoring, and budget deviation.
AND (3) Advising peers on the interpretation of established regulations and guidelines for budget management.
This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12 or above).
Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12).
