Full Job Description

You will serve as a Supervisory Management Analyst in the Employee Development and Special Programs Division, Code 1854 of SUBMEPP ACTIVITY.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience in the next lower grade (GS-11) or pay band (NH-02) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector demonstrating the following: analyzing performance development or management program to ensure human capital performance objectives are met for an organization.

Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. Major Duties:

  • You will establish work assignments, set priorities, establish schedules, and review work performance, employee development, performance evaluations and awards and related administrative functions such as timekeeping/leave approval.
  • You will manage all assigned programs/processes including management of people and financial resources and performance management to ensure program/ process goals and objectives are achieved.
  • You will help set organizational priorities and identify staffing needs and contribute to the development/execution of organizational Strategic Objectives.
  • You will provide appropriate direction, guidance, review, analysis and evaluation for all Employee Development Programs.
  • You will advise Senior Leadership on all policies related to Employee Development Programs.
  • You will develop and deploy performance measurements for assigned programs/processes.
  • You will be responsible for all work related to the management of technical documents, instructions and manuals in both hard copy and magnetic media including SECRET and CONFIDENTIAL material.
