SUPERVISORY IT SPECIALIST (NETWORK)

Full Job Description

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY IT SPECIALIST (NETWORK) of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CTR CORONA DIV.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-4 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Apply information technology operations, cybersecurity practices, and project management to plan, integrate, operate, maintain, and improve mission critical enterprise training networks; 2) Monitor system and project health and advising leadership on technical, schedule, and resource risks to deliver secure, available services on time and within budget; 3) Lead cross functional technical teams by setting objectives, prioritizing work, delegating tasks, and providing constructive feedback; 4) Coordinate with program management, operations, and systems engineering; 5) Support budget execution, vendor/contract oversight, Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.

• You will maintain close professional relationships with the program offices, support activities, and other TTR systems branches
• You will provide input into budget data calls with specific knowledge and understanding of impact statements and justifications
• You will develop and documenting methods, techniques, and technical processes for delivering high availability in networks and IT solution that meet the emerging needs of various military services, platforms ad missions
