This job involves reviewing building plans to ensure they meet safety codes, inspecting construction sites, and advising on structural integrity for new and existing buildings in St. Paul.
You'll enforce rules for parking structures and act as an expert on building standards.

The City of Saint Paul Department of Safety and Inspections is hiring a Structural Engineer to perform full-performance professional engineering work reviewing architectural and structural plans for compliance with current building code and sound engineering principles and practices.
