The Opportunity
WSDOT is currently seeking a Property & Acquisition Specialist 4 to support the Southwest Region (SWR) by managing project-related and ongoing property management needs.
This position is responsible for assisting in the management of WSDOT owned property in the Southwest Region.
This includes any project related property management as well as ongoing (non-project related) property management.
Duties include drafting and implementing displacee and non-displacee leases, airspace and ground leases, cooperative agreements, clearing of encroachments, turnback agreements, disposal of surplus property, drafting and implementing value memos, and assisting with auctions.
