Job Description
Summary
This job involves creating, running, and overseeing programs to help inmates reintegrate into society, including teaching classes, training inmate facilitators, and recruiting community volunteers.
It's based at a correctional institution in South Carolina and requires daily interaction with inmates.

Full Job Description
Responsible for development, implementation, oversight, instruction, and evaluation of agency sanctioned programs.
Assist the division of programs and services with hands on development of specialized programs.
Help recruit volunteers from the community to assist in program facilitation.
Teach courses/programs, help train inmates as peer-to-peer facilitators, and oversee program facilitation.
Perform other duties upon request of the Assistant Deputy Director of Programs and Services and the institution's Warden.
Ability to work effectively and efficiently with limited supervision, and with discretion.
Will work with inmates on a daily basis.
Position at Tyger River CI.
Resume preferred, but not required.
Must successfully complete four (4) weeks of SCDC Basic Training upon hire.
