Base salary range: $104,604 - $135,987

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves leading program management efforts for naval machinery systems, ensuring projects stay on track with costs, schedules, and performance while guiding teams and stakeholders.
It focuses on integrating various aspects like finance, contracts, and risk management to support ship and vehicle programs at a naval command.
A good fit would be an experienced leader with a strong background in managing complex defense projects and mentoring others in program execution.
You will serve as a COMMAND PROGRAM MANAGER COMPETENCY LEAD (PMCL) in the Machinery Programs & Platform Department, C/20 of NSWC PHILA DIV.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Mastery of program management techniques and practices; Expertise in tracking cost, schedule, and performance and the relationship between these factors; Experience in leading/coordinating teams for complex program management efforts; Ability to develop common approaches for risk assessment, analysis and reporting of project status; ability to mentor team members, particularly program managers and financial analysts; proven approach in tracking deliverables for respective programs/projects.
