Base salary range: $74,441 - $96,770

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves managing programs for ship systems, like mechanical and electrical components on Navy vessels, by planning tasks, tracking budgets and schedules, and working with teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.

You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGER in the Machinery Programs & Platforms Department of the In-Service Amphibious Ships & Surface Ship Integration Branch of NSWC PHILA DIV.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band (GS-12) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Coordinating or conducting program evaluation functions for a shipboard hull, mechanical, or electrical program.
Examples of specialized experience may include: planning, monitoring, or overseeing HM&E program objectives to ensure compliance, execution, or integration of processes and systems; evaluating HM&E program metrics or accomplishments; conducting HM&E strategic program planning; tracking HM&E costs, schedules, and program performance.
