Base salary range: $104,604 - $135,987

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves overseeing personnel and manpower programs for the Navy's legal team, ensuring military and civilian staffing needs are met through planning, coordination, and strategic support.
It requires working closely with various Navy offices to manage global legal workforce requirements and handle complex assignments.
A good fit would be someone with strong experience in government personnel management, especially in defense or military contexts, who excels at analysis and building organizational strategies.
You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGER in the JAGC Organization.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-14) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience includes duties related to the following: Managing personnel programs, including knowledge of the principles, concepts, and methodology of personnel management analysis using a broad knowledge of the mission, functions, tasks and organizational structure of DoD, DON, the JAGC, and their relationships to each other and other activities; Providing extensive knowledge of Navy and Joint organizational structures, functions, operations, and procedures of Navy staffs, operational units, and sea/shore-based activities, as well as organizational structure, assigned missions, and duties JAGC total force; Demonstrating expert ability to apply analytical techniques to reconcile manpower accounting imbalances, and applying knowledge of the principles of management; Demonstrating the ability to timely execute all military and civilian personnel requirements, programs and integrating and developing strategic plans to support and implement priorities.
