Base salary range: $62,107 - $80,737
Typical requirements: 1 year specialized experience at GS-10. Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or 3 years graduate study.
Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves working as a program analyst for the Navy's surface ship modernization office, where you'll help plan and manage updates to ships, analyze data to improve processes, and advise on budgets, contracts, and programs.

You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Surface Ship Modernization Program Office, (PMS 321), Surface Warfare Directorate of NAVSEA HQ FIELD SUPPORT.
You will be responsible for the integration of surface ship modernization and manage modernization planning and execution across Participating Acquisition Resource Managers (PARMs).
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the pay band NH-02 (GS-11 Equivalent) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing data to aid management in decision-making for cross-organization processes and policy improvements and initiatives.
