This job involves leading the full lifecycle of naval aviation programs, from planning and development to testing, production, and ongoing support for aircraft, weapons, and training systems.
You'll coordinate with teams, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure everything meets military needs for sea-based operations.
It's a great fit for experienced project leaders with a background in defense or engineering who enjoy overseeing complex, high-stakes initiatives.
You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGER in the Program Management Department of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-12/13) grade level or (DA-05) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) managing project/program requirements, objectives, and metrics; and resolving conflicts among schedules, funding, and resources.
