This job is for a manager in the Naval Sea Systems Command who leads teams developing manufacturing plans and strategies for energetic systems like explosives and related components.
It involves overseeing daily operations, providing expert advice on production technologies, and ensuring resources are used efficiently to meet department goals.

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the ND-04 (GS-12/13) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: as a professional engineer or scientist providing technical oversight and direction to develop plans or strategies for manufacturing energetic systems and components.
