Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This role involves overseeing security and emergency programs for naval medical operations in the Pacific, including advising on antiterrorism, personnel security, and crisis response to ensure mission safety.

You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the Business Operations Directorate, Mission Assurance Department (N4/6), Naval Medical Forces Pacific (NMFP), San Diego, CA, an Echelon III Type Command (TYCOM) of NAVMEDFORPAC SAN DIEGO CA.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience working with both military medicine and NDMS command structures, missions, programs and organizational relationships to include expert knowledge with respect to Antiterrorism, Physical Security, and Emergency Management incidents/responses.
Experience working with multiple automated Incident Management Systems (IMS) and Wide Area Alert Network options in support of incident response.
Experience effectively planning, organizing, directing group work, and/or negotiating with higher headquarters, subordinate units, tenant commands, civilian counterparts, leaders within the local community, and higher-ranking military and civilian officials on a variety of time sensitive issues.
Experience providing or coordinating training and competencies to newly assigned Program Managers.
